Aurevia Exports was founded in 2006 in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh — the heart of India's metalwork belt, just 70 km from Moradabad, the world's "Brass City." We were born from a simple belief: the extraordinary craftsmanship of Indian artisans deserves a global audience.

Over 18 years, we have grown from a small workshop supplying local markets to a trusted export partner for premium home decor boutiques, five-star hotels, luxury retail chains and interior design studios across UK, USA, Europe, UAE, Australia and beyond.

Every piece we export — from a detailed Tree of Life sculpture to an intricate Lotus showpiece — is handcrafted by master artisans who have inherited centuries of metallurgical knowledge, passed down through generations in the traditional lost-wax casting tradition.

How We Make It

The Lost-Wax Casting Tradition

Our artisans use the cire perdue (lost-wax) technique — a 5,000-year-old process that produces unmatched detail and strength in every brass creation.

Design & Sculpt

Master craftsmen sketch the design and hand-sculpt a detailed wax model — the blueprint of the final piece.

Mould Making

The wax model is coated in clay and silica to create a heat-resistant mould. The wax is melted out — "lost" — leaving a perfect cavity.

🔥

Brass Casting

Molten brass alloy is poured into the cavity at 900 degrees C+. Once cooled, the mould is broken to reveal the raw brass casting.

Finishing & Polish

Artisans hand-file, engrave and apply antique gold, copper or oxidised finishes. Each piece is QC-checked before packing.
