Absolutely. We encourage all new buyers to request samples before confirming bulk orders. Sample costs are typically charged at cost price (material + courier) and are credited against your first bulk order. Standard sample delivery is 3–7 business days internationally.

We accept Telegraphic Transfer (TT), Letter of Credit (LC at sight or usance), and D/A or D/P terms for established clients. For first-time orders, we typically require 30–50% advance with balance against B/L copy. We work with all major currencies.

Yes. We offer full private label and OEM services across most product categories. This includes custom packaging design, your brand logo/labels, and compliance labelling for your market. Minimum quantities apply for private label orders.
